Great location near tube and O2, but room was unexpectedly dark and cramped.

The Shepherds offers a fantastic location, conveniently close to the tube and Westfield shopping center. I found the room to be clean, and the bed exceptionally comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in and my stay seamless and pleasant.

Minor sounds from the street could be heard at night.

the trains were a bit audible at night.

Loved the proximity to scrumptious eats like Tian Fu and German Doner Kebab just a stone's throw away. The friendly staff really jazzed up the experience too, making us feel right at home.

But I must say, the room was a bit of a shoebox without a window. Felt more cramped than cozy, and the low water pressure in the shower didn’t help matters.
